BCAA
The branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine constitutes 35% of our muscle mass and is therefore an important component for muscle strength and growth. Especially important is the amino acid leucine, which constitutes 50% of the total amount of branched-chain amino acids in the muscles. Therefore branched-chained amino acids are an important supplement when strength endurance training and weight training, so that you can benefit from the training effects and increase performance.
BCAA has a muscle-building effect (1.2) and BCAA also increase muscular endurance if taken before a strength training session (3). Additionally, BCAA are linked to improved body composition (4). Weight loss through low carbohydrate diet can be supported with BCAA intake (4).
Beta-alanine
Beta alanine is an amino acid which naturally increases the amount of carnosine in the muscles. Carnosine has the ability to buffer lactic acid during exercise, resulting in an improvement in anaerobic capacity (5) and prolonged time until neuromuscular and muscular fatigue (5, 6). One study has shown the possibility of greater training volume with beta-alanine (6). Beta-alanine may also lead to improved performance in interval stressed ball sports (7).
Recommended dose
Take 1-3 doses Natural BCAAs per training day. Start with one dose at moderate training volume and increase to 2-3 doses as the training volume and training intensity increases. For best effect ingest a daily dose 60 minutes before your workout. Maximum effect expected after 3-12 weeks of continuous use.
One dose contains 5 capsules Natural BCAA and consists of 3 grams of BCAAs in the natural and optimal ratio of 2: 1: 1 between the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine. One dose also contains 1 gram of beta-alanine. The product is free from all kinds of sweeteners and preservatives.
5 capsules contain 1500 mg L-leucine 750 mg L-isoleucine 750 mg L-valine and 1000 mg of beta-alanine. Other ingredients: vegetable capsule, cellulose, vegetable stearate and silica.
